Our firm is led by Jolyeane Kimble, a multi-business owner and seasoned CFO with more than 20 years of experience across corporate finance, government contracting, and small-business operations. Having built and managed financial infrastructures for growing companies, Jolyeane understands firsthand what business owners face—cash flow challenges, scaling demands, staffing decisions, and the need for strong financial systems that support long-term success.

Her government contracting background includes developing compliant cost models, building proposal pricing strategies, managing FAR-driven financial requirements, and supporting large federal programs and international FMS contracts. Jolyeane has participated in major negotiations, overseen audit readiness, and guided proposal teams through complex financial and compliance standards—bringing GovCon clients a competitive and compliant advantage.

Behind this leadership is a highly skilled accounting and tax team specializing in full-charge bookkeeping, monthly close, financial cleanups, tax preparation and planning, payroll, AR/AP, and GAAP reporting. Our team also brings experience in internal and external audits, SOX-style controls, and process improvement, ensuring our clients’ financials remain accurate, compliant, and decision-ready.
